Do I have to pay sales tax?
       You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse, which is in Connecticut.  Connecticut residents must pay 6.35% on all items.
I have a question on my charges.
       Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance at 1(877)870-9382.
What are my payment choices?
       During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options (credit card, check, money order, and Paypal) and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you, so if you are planning to send a check or money order please understand that our 48 hour shipping estimate does not apply. Personal checks may take as much as three business days to clear, so we suggest a money order if you plan to mail a payment.  Money orders are processed immediately.
     We also are currently accepting orders through the Google Checkout process.  If you wish to use this option, simply click the Google Checkout tab at the bottom of the shopping cart page and proceed to Google Checkout, where you may complete your order through Google's system.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

When will my credit appear on my account?
       We try to process your credits just as fast as we do your orders, so you should expect to see a credit within 48 hours AFTER we receive your return.  Your credit will show up on the next statement from your credit card company.
When will my credit card be charged?
       Your credit card will be charged within 24 of your placing the order.  If your card is declined for any reason, you may see an "authorization" on your card, but no funds will be claimed unless your card is accepted by our processing partner,  An authorization will remain on your card for up to 48 hours, but we will not collect any funds from your card unless the card is accepted.  All of this is done online through a safe, encrypted server.
