Shipping and Returns
What countries will you ship to?
       Presently, we are only shipping to the United States and US military bases (AP and APO addresses) and the country of Canada.  Canadian orders are not eligible for the $5.98 flat rate shipping.  Canada's flat rate is $9.98 and will be added in the shopping cart.
How much is my shipping?
       Our flat rate USA shipping of $5.98 is a great price! You may purchase as many items as you like and you will only be charged this low rate for USPS Priority Mail shipping to anywhere in the USA. Customers requesting overnight services will pay the full exact cost of the overnight fee.  Canadian orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $9.98 US dollars.
What is your return and exchange policy?
       We strive to offer our customers quality licensed Indiana Hoosiers merchandise in a timely manner. If, for any reason, you decide to return an item, please send it back to us in its original condition with tags and packaging and within sixty days of your order. Articles of clothing that have been laundered may not be returned or exchanged. Shipping must be prepaid by the customer and upon receipt of the product we will credit the customer for the amount the product was purchased for. The credit for a returned product does not include the original shipping fee. Please include with your return a copy of your order and be sure to include the name of the person who was billed for the product so we may properly issue the credit. Please send all returns to:

     To exchange an item, simply follow the procedure above and be sure to include a note or reference about your desired size. Include your return address (where you'd like the item shipped) and the billing name. Also, it is advisable to check the stock on the exchanged item (on the website) to be sure we have it. If we don't, we can refund your card. For exchanges, we will pay to ship the replacement product back to you and you pay to ship it back to us. If you wish to exchange an item, but need the replacement quicker (for a gift or event), we suggest that you place a second order for the desired item. Your second order will be processed immediately and we will credit you for the first one when you send it back to us. When will my order ship?
       Your order should within 48 business hours after you place it.  We are closed on Saturday and Sunday, so if you place an order on Friday, your order may not ship until the following Tuesday, but more often than not it will go out on Monday.  Once it is in the postal system, it takes two to three days depending on where you live.  So, your order should arrive within three to five days after you place it.
